Exploring the Exploratorium

Cole and Avery had fun with Eli and Cristian today at the Exploratorium. They enjoyed chasing bubbles, playing with magnets, and walking on rocks not so quietly.  Their favorite I think was listening to an explanation, using a phone receiver, of the physiology of hearing and inner ear anatomy (including the definition of the Scala vestibuli and Scala tympani, Reissner's membrane, basilar membrane, tectorial membrane, and endolymph).
